About Help One Now Trips
All Help One Now Trips are built to connect our partners and donors to the communities we serve through the building of relationships with local leaders, experiencing the beauty and adventure each country holds and participating in intentional guided times of rest and reflection. We want you to return home from these trips with a renewed heart, mind, and soul, as well as a vision and passion for how we can work together to do good around the world!

These trips range from 5-8 days and are packed full of amazing experiences! We have carefully planned these trips to make the most of your time while also building in time for rest and reflection. Your trip will be focused on building relationships with our local partners and witnessing the impact of their work first-hand. It will also include time to see and experience some of the incredible beauty, history, and culture of Peru.

Fly to Lima, Peru
Friday 8/1
Fly to Iquitos, the gateway to the Amazon
Time to meet local leaders Mercedes and Willie Malpartida
Tour the Belén community, where most of the students in the school live
Visit families empowered through the Family Business Program
Saturday 8/2
Breakfast and morning devotional time at hotel
We will participate in and help lead an entrepreneur conference for up to 2,000 leaders in the region. The conference will teach on how to be good stewards of what God has given us and how to use business as mission.
Dinner with local leaders Mercedes and Willie Malpartida
Stay at Hilton Iquitos
Sunday 8/3
Breakfast at hotel
Guided reflection time
Church at a local community church
Visit the Bora indigenous tribe and animal rescue in the Amazon jungle
Dinner with the Malpartidas on the Amazon
Stay at Hilton Iquitos
Monday 8/4
Breakfast and morning reflection time
Visit Kairos’ two school campuses. Time to meet students and teachers and learn about the impact of education in the community
Fly to Cusco
Dinner at hotel
Stay at Wyndham Costa del Sol Cusco
Tuesday 8/5
Breakfast at hotel
Guided reflection time
Train ride on Peru Rail to Aguas Calientes
Full day Macchu Picchu visit
Dinner on train

Final guided reflection time
Time to explore the Cusco historic zone and shop for souvenirs

$3,000 Per Person
Below is a rough breakdown of all trip costs. Some costs, such as flights, are subject to change at the time of booking. The total cost of your trip covers all traveling expenses including flights, lodging, meals, transportation, and medical insurance. The only things not covered in this cost are personal money for things like souvenirs or any extra needs while on the trip.
This cost also covers Help One Now’s expenses in administering and leading this trip, as well as investing in the work of our local partners as they take time out to host and care for us on our journey!
