Initiatives
Education
Our education program in Uganda provides a strong foundation for children pursuing their primary and secondary education, offering high-quality learning at a fraction of the cost of other school options. In the community of Mayuge, students attend one of the top schools in the region, where they receive an exceptional education along with nutritious hot meals, mentorship, and extracurricular activities that inspire creativity, teamwork, and personal growth. Together, these opportunities empower students to build confidence, dream boldly, and create a brighter future for themselves and their community.
Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship is another key pillar of our work. Our Family Business Program empowers families to achieve financial independence by equipping them with the tools and training to launch and sustain their own businesses. To date, we have empowered 94 families in Uganda, in both the Jinja and Mayuge communities. By investing in both economic and personal development, we are helping build a stronger, self-sufficient community for generations to come.
Restorative Community Care
Our Community Care initiatives in Uganda focus on justice, empowerment, and long-term sustainability. Through family outreach, teen mentorship, and health education, we help strengthen families and equip young people to make positive, informed life choices. The community farm in Jinja engages local families in cultivating land, offering modern agricultural training, shared resources, and access to affordable produce. We also provide emergency relief and support when crises arise - ensuring families have the care and resources they need to thrive.
