April 15-19 (Wednesday-Sunday)
Trip Cost
$2,300 Per Person ($1,300 if booking your own flights)
Below is a rough breakdown of all trip costs, plus the work your fundraiser will support in the Dominican Republic. Some costs, such as flights, are subject to change at the time of booking. The total cost of your trip covers all traveling expenses, including flights, lodging, meals, transportation, and medical insurance. The only things not covered in this cost are personal money for things like souvenirs or any extra needs while on the trip.
This cost also covers Help One Now’s expenses in administering and leading this trip and investing in our local partners’ work as they take time out to host and care for us on our journey!

This trip will be packed full of amazing experiences! We have carefully planned this trip to make the most of your time while also building in time for rest and reflection. Your trip will be focused on building relationships with our local partners and witnessing the Kingdom impact of their work first-hand. It will also include time to see and experience some of the incredible beauty, history, and culture of the Dominican Republic.
Wednesday 4/15
Arrive in Santiago, Dominican Republic in the evening
Meet local leader Rod Davis and quick intro to the trip time before bed
Late night cigars optional
Stay at our partner guesthouse
Thursday 4/16
Breakfast and intro to the team
Tour Help One Now’s partner schools and hear about how education has empowered the community
Visit the clean water facility and learn how it contributes to their overall mission
Visit families in the Family Business Program and see their businesses in action
Dinner at a traditional Dominican restaurant
Debrief and cigars with Rod and his team
Stay at our partner guesthouse
Friday 4/17
Breakfast and morning reflection time
Private tour at some of the Dominican’s premier cigar factories
Travel to Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican and first city of the Americas
Afternoon free time at the beach resort
Dinner at the hotel
Stay at Casa Hemingway Beach Hotel
Saturday 4/18
Breakfast at the hotel
18 holes of golf at PGA Oceans, one of the top courses in the Caribbean
Afternoon to relax at the beach
Dinner at Casa Hemingway Hotel, time to debrief and reflect on the trip together

Sunday 4/19
Begin our travel from Santo Domingo in the morning and arrive home in the afternoon
