His Mercy Christian School in Mayuge has grown to over 400 kids with the mission “to provide affordable quality primary education and empower children with life skills and values based on the fear of God in order to excel and lead responsible lives.” This school is a shining light in the region and an example of the vision and ingenuity of our Uganda brothers
and sisters.
The school is in need of the following improvements: latrine emptying, new guttering, wall plastering, and repairs to the cooking stove, water stand, borehole, and verandah.
Our goal as a collective is to raise $5,000 to cover the initial costs of these improvements.

Edward Magumba
Pastor Edward lives in Buwenda Village with his wife and 3 sons. Edward has planted 2 churches and oversees His Mercy Christian School which serves over 400 vulnerable children. He has also initiated empowerment projects that have uplifted and improved the lives of widows and other vulnerable groups of people. Edward is passionate about education and the future of his country. We are currently partnering with Edward to empower families through the Family Business Program, empower and resource the teachers of His Mercy School, help hundreds of children receive a high-quality education, and other restorative community care initiatives.
