Updates on COVID-19

Due to Covid-19 restrictions and risks, we will be taking several precautions to ensure the safety of every traveler and the communities we will visit. While cases are lower in these communities, we will take every caution necessary to prevent the potential of carrying the virus during travel. Here are some precautions that we ask of all travelers:

  • If possible, we suggest travelers to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and carry with them their proof of vaccination. *Suggested but not required
  • Each traveler will be required to take a Covid-19 test once in-country for their return to the U.S., or show written official proof of recovery (positive test result and letter from healthcare provider that clears you for travel). At this time all air passengers traveling to the US, regardless of vaccination or antibody status, are required to provide a negative COVID-19 test result or documentation of recovery.
  • We ask that each traveler limit exposure as much as possible before the trip.
  • Each traveler will be required to carry with them a face covering. This will be worn as needed while visiting communities, as well as during international travel. Masks may be taken off while at the guesthouse/hotel and during car rides.
