Help One Classroom

2017 Goal

We are currently partnering with 6 preschools, 9 primary schools, and 3 secondary schools in Haiti, Peru, and Uganda. These schools have become some of the top schools in their region thanks to the consistency and quality of teachers made possible by Help One Classroom.

As education transforms communities and breaks the cycle of extreme poverty, we are bringing opportunity & hope to entire regions. A good teacher makes a world of difference; help change the world of a teacher today!

Why Education?

“Education is the key to unlock the golden door of freedom”

– George Washington Carver

Global Issues

Education saves children’s lives, promotes girl’s and women’s rights, and makes people healthier.

Key To The Future

Boosts economic growth. Reduces poverty. Increases income.

Education Statistics

Uganda: Drop out rate 75%. Pupil teacher ratio 48 to 1. (The ratio is 13 to 1 in the United States.) Haiti: Public schools only cover 20% of basic education demand.

We are currently providing fair wages and training for 60 teachers in 55 classrooms around the world.

And through those teachers, the future of over 3,000 students each school year are directly affected!

What can you do to help?

Consider adopting a classroom with a one-time gift of $3,000 or monthly installments of $250.

You could also find 5 friends and each invest a one-time gift of $500 or monthly installments of $41.67.

Be sure to add “Help One Classroom” to the notes section while checking out.

Help us identify a school, classroom, or a group of teachers who will join together to give a one time gift or host a fundraiser to adopt a classroom. You get the idea; there are countless ways to gather the funds to help these teachers and their classrooms.

No matter how you help, we will help you stay connected with your classroom throughout the year with pictures and letter or email correspondence. That way, you can see your support in action!

Sponsor A Classroom

Spread The Word

We need to raise $165,000 to support 55 classrooms for the 2017 school year. This support includes teacher salaries, teacher training, and classroom supplies for students.

$3,000 provides all necessities for ONE classroom for ONE year!
